Greg Builds started because too many people in Western New York were getting burned by national steel building kit companies. They’d order a “deal” online, wait months for delivery, then realize they had no one to actually build it — and the final cost was nothing like the quote. Hidden fees, surprise upgrades, zero accountability.
Greg saw it happen enough times that he decided to do something about it. Based out of Lima, NY in Livingston County, Greg Builds is a local operation. No call centers. No franchise territories. When you call, you talk to Greg. When the crew shows up, they work for Greg. When something needs to be made right, Greg handles it.
Every building we install uses 12-gauge galvanized steel framing and 29-gauge painted steel panels — manufactured to fit your site, not pulled off a shelf. We don’t cut corners on materials to hit a price point, and we don’t outsource our labor to subcontractors we’ve never met.
