The paint finish is covered by a Limited Lifetime Paint Warranty from the material manufacturer. Subject to manufacturer terms and exclusions. You get a copy of the full warranty document with every order.
Permit requirements vary by municipality across Erie County. The City of Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Orchard Park, Tonawanda, Hamburg, and other towns each have their own code enforcement offices and zoning rules. It is the property owner's responsibility to contact your local code enforcement office, verify what’s required, and obtain any necessary permits before installation begins.
You'll need a level concrete pad poured to match your building dimensions (a 30×40 building needs a 30×40 pad, for example). Reach out before you pour and we'll confirm the exact specs. The site also needs to be accessible to our crew and delivery trucks with at least 36 inches of clearance around the perimeter. Any local concrete contractor in the Buffalo area can handle the prep work.
