Requirements vary by town and municipality across Monroe County — what’s required in the Town of Greece may differ from the Town of Penfield or the City of Rochester. Check with your local building department before scheduling installation.
You’ll need a level concrete pad poured to match your building dimensions (a 30×40 building needs a 30×40 pad, for example). Reach out before you pour and we’ll confirm the exact specs. The site also needs to be accessible to our crew and delivery trucks with at least 36 inches of clearance around the perimeter.
