Yes. A 24-foot clear span fits two full-size trucks or SUVs side by side with enough room to open doors and walk between them. If you have oversized vehicles or want extra workspace alongside your trucks, consider stepping up to a 24×30 for the added depth.
They’re different builds. A stick-built garage uses a wood frame. Our buildings use a 12-gauge galvanized steel frame anchored to a concrete foundation. Steel won’t rot or attract pests, and the panels are covered by a manufacturer paint warranty. Both are legitimate options — it depends on what matters most to you.
Absolutely. We offer R-19 batt insulation and R-9 double bubble insulation installed during the build. If you plan to heat the garage for winter use or use it as a workspace, insulation is strongly recommended — it’s significantly cheaper to add during construction than after.
