The painted finish on your 29-gauge steel roofing and sidewall panels is covered by a Limited Lifetime Paint Warranty from the material manufacturer. This warranty covers the paint coating applied to the panels, trims, and flashings used in your building.
Microscopic crazing of the paint film is considered normal and is not a defect under this warranty. This is not to be confused with cracking of the film.

Upon a valid claim, the manufacturer may repaint, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective material — at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. The manufacturer is not liable for labor costs to remove defective material or install replacement material, and is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.
